The Extension automatically captures user identification information when:

• Sales documents (Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos) are created
• Purchase documents (Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos) are created
• General Journal Lines are created
• Documents are posted to the General Ledger

3. How We Use Your Information

The Extension uses collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To provide audit trail functionality within your Business Central environment
• To track document creation and modification history
• To enable compliance and accountability features
• To improve the functionality and performance of the Extension
